Terms of Service

By accessing or using Paul9 (the “Service”), operated by Wisepunk LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paul9. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Paul9 is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that provides:

• Automated customer discovery and ideal customer profile (ICP) generation
• AI-generated marketing content, landing pages, and ad copy
• Competitive analysis and market signal tracking
• Landing page publishing with analytics and lead capture
• Social media content generation
• Link tracking and performance insights

The Service is designed to assist with marketing activities. We do not guarantee specific results including traffic, revenue, growth, or SEO rankings.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• If you provide a third-party API key (e.g., OpenRouter), you are responsible for its use and any associated costs

You agree not to use Paul9 to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Create, publish, or distribute illegal content
• Infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Harass, defame, or threaten others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (e.g., X, LinkedIn)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

This is important — please read carefully.

• Content generated by Paul9 is produced algorithmically using artificial intelligence
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, or performance of any generated content
• Paul9 does not automatically publish content to any platform — publishing requires your explicit action

By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for any content you publish using Paul9-generated materials.

• When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., X/Twitter), you must comply with those platforms' terms of service
• We are not responsible if your accounts on third-party platforms are suspended, restricted, or terminated
• Third-party API access may change, be limited, or be revoked at any time without notice from us
• We do not control and are not liable for the actions or policies of third-party platforms

• The platform: Paul9, its design, code, and branding are owned by Wisepunk LLC. All rights reserved.
• Your content: You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through Paul9
• License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service
• Anonymized data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform. This data cannot be used to identify you

• Paul9 offers a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• If payment fails, there is a 72-hour grace period before access to paid features is suspended
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use policy
• Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period
• Engage in activity that is illegal or harmful to other users
• Abuse the platform or its infrastructure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisepunk LLC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of data
• Results or outcomes from marketing content generated by the Service
• Actions taken by third-party platforms in response to content you publish

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific traffic, conversion, or revenue results
• SEO rankings or search engine performance
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Accuracy of AI-generated content, market analysis, or competitor data
• Continued availability of third-party integrations or APIs

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisepunk LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create, publish, or distribute using Paul9
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Paul9 website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
